Your Prestige Auto Mats are covered up to 3-Year warranty, starting from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Manufacturing and Material Defects:

The warranty covers any pre-existing manufacturing or material defects present before delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt and proof of purchase are required for the warranty to be honored.
  • Replacement: If your request is made within the warranty period and includes valid purchase proof, you are entitled to a replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar product in color or model. However, DreamCarz1 reserves the right to determine if the defect is due to manufacturing issues.
  • Authorized Dealers: The warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized dealers or our official online store. For authorized dealer verification, please email our support team.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damages due to unauthorized handling, alterations, or repairs.
  • Incorrect usage, accidents (tears, cracks, dents, drops, etc.), negligence, or lack of proper care.
  • Abnormal or abusive use, fire or water exposure, theft, loss.
  • Damages to fittings, face material, trims, footplates, or scratches.

Important Note:

Your mats must be inspected by us before any replacement under a warranty claim is provided. If free delivery services were used for the original purchase, you will need to cover packaging and return postage costs. If the warranty claim is approved as a manufacturing defect, postage costs will be refunded.

How Do I Proceed with My Warranty Claim?

  1. Contact Us: Email us with the product details, description of the fault, purchase date, and your order number. Wait for our response with further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    : Once instructed, ship your product back with:
    • A note detailing the fault.
    • Your name, email, address, and phone number.
  3. Inspection: After receiving your product, we will inspect or test it and provide additional details based on the warranty terms and conditions.
